Terms of Service

These Terms govern your access to and use of the Fieldr marketplace, services and content. By using the platform you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

The platform is intended for businesses and adults aged 18+. Vendors must complete KYC before listing.

2. Marketplace role

Fieldr operates a marketplace connecting buyers with independent verified vendors. Unless explicitly stated, Fieldr is not the seller of record for vendor-listed products and is not a party to the contract of sale between buyer and vendor. Fieldr provides escrow, dispute mediation and ratings.

3. Pricing & payment

• All prices are in INR unless noted, exclusive of GST where shown separately.
• Payments are processed by PCI-DSS certified gateways.
• B2B Net-30 invoices are subject to credit checks.

4. Buyer obligations

• Provide accurate shipping, GSTIN and contact information.
• Inspect goods within 48 hours of delivery and raise discrepancies promptly.
• Comply with applicable import, fire-safety and municipal regulations for installations.

5. Vendor obligations

• Maintain accurate listings, stock, lead-time and warranty information.
• Honour confirmed orders and delivery SLAs.
• Comply with consumer protection, weights & measures, BIS and product safety law.

6. Prohibited use

No scraping, reverse engineering, fraud, infringement, posting unlawful content, or circumventing security. Violations may lead to suspension and legal action.

7. Intellectual property

The platform, brand and original content are owned by Fieldr. Vendor content remains the vendor's; vendors grant Fieldr a worldwide licence to display it for marketplace operations.

8. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fieldr's aggregate liability arising out of the platform is limited to the fees you paid Fieldr in the 12 months preceding the claim. Nothing limits liability for fraud, gross negligence or rights that cannot be limited by law (including consumer rights under EU/UK law and statutory rights under the Indian Consumer Protection Act 2019).

9. Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be resolved by arbitration in Bengaluru under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act 1996. Consumers may always bring claims in the courts of their country of residence where required by local law.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms with at least 14 days' notice for material changes. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
